What we do

These guidelines are intended to help keep everyone safe and to follow the appropriate guidance from the CDC regarding contact and social distancing during this crisis.

  • A hand sanitizer will be applied immediately before entering homes
  • Proper masks will be worn inside the residence
  • New gloves will be used during the shoot for each property
  • New foot protection will be used for each property

What we ask you

We thank you for understanding as we are trying to follow the guidelines of the CDC and believe this is the only way we’ll be able to continue to serve you while making responsible choices to keep our clients and their clients safe and healthy, as well as ourselves.

We must enforce a strict policy limiting the on-site presence to ONLY our photographer.

Effective immediately please help us by following these important rules:

  • The property must be vacant at the time of appointment (NO tenants or owners on-site).  If our agents or homeowners must be in attendance, we ask them kindly to wait in a physically separated part of the house, by a distance of no less than 20 feet
  • The property must be accessible via lockbox, remote code, or single agent providing entry with no direct interaction
  • Only ONE (1) agent OR agent representative can be on-site during the appointment providing entry and must abide by City, County, State, and CDC Guidelines
  • The property must be completely vacated for 24hrs by 3rd parties: no contractors, construction workers, cleaners, stagers, etc on-site
  • We will not touch, move, or interact with any personal items or furniture
  • No payment on site, payment must be provided at the time of order.

HOME PREPARATION

Because we will not touch, move, or interact with any personal items or furniture, Home Preparation is even more IMPORTANT.
Please follow our Staging Tips that are sent with each appointment confirmation (available also here)

  • Upon the photographers arrival,  we ask that the property be completely ready to photograph, be clean and all surfaces appropriately disinfected with an approved disinfectant
  • ALL Lights should be on
  • ALL Fans should be off
  • Open or adjust blinds as you wish
  • The home should be Neat and Clean. Please have all clutter removed, put extra “stuff” away. The beds should be made and furniture should be dusted. Mirrors and windows should be clean.
  • If you don't want something in the photo please remove it
  • The home should be ready for the photo shoot. It is understood that the photographer will shoot the home as is.
  • A comprehensive “shot list” or any special photo requests should be provided prior to the appointment
  • Move any vehicles that may be in the driveway
  • It is understood that there will be a need in most cases to open and close doors and the home owner may wish to sanitize for their own protection.

If these policies not being followed and we find a high-risk environment containing other agents, assistants, cleaners, stagers, workers, etc., we will be forced to charge a cancellation fee of $150 and reschedule the appointment.

If someone gets ill

It is understood by all parties that a person can be a carrier of the virus prior to showing any symptoms.

  • We'll check our temperature everyday with a contactless thermometer but if we get ill or have been in contact with someone that is ill, we'll reschedule the shoot
  • We ask that our clients let us know if a property cannot be shot due to illness. It is required that we be notified prior to the photo shoot. In those cases, we will waive any cancellation or rescheduling fees
  • If we are on-site at a property where there is a possibility of contracting an illness, we will leave
  • Reschedule your appointment if any occupants have tested positive for COVID-19 or may have been exposed in the last 2 weeks (without any cancellation or rescheduling fees).

We ask for your cooperation with these new policies to help ensure the health and safety of everyone involved.

We value your support and hope that together we can create a safe, low-risk environment in which we can begin to prosper and resume some normalcy during this pandemic.

We want your sellers to be fully confident and reassure them that they will not be put under any risk by us visiting their property.

However, let us know if there is anything else we can do to help you and your business.

Thank you, and stay safe!

Marketing tools
that can help you
NOW

As this pandemic has made social distancing a priority for all of us Virtual Tours are more important than ever since they are often the only easy way for buyers to check out a home without physically entering the property.

Virtual tours are recommended by the National Association of Realtors as a way to avoid face-to-face contact while marketing homes during the coronavirus crisis.

Now is the time to be creative, to strategize how to reach and resonate with people in alternative ways. Fortunately for all of us, some amazing technology already exists giving you the opportunity to remain in front of your audience.
