My approach

I combine my artistic approach in fine-art photography with the discipline, lighting and techniques inherent in the architectural and real estate photography.

Every project is approached with enthusiasm and professionalism, applying creativity and modern technique to deliver superior images and video under any conditions.

I bring my own fresh style, energy and emotion to every photo shoot, taking great care of every aspect of a project from consultation to delivery, while providing outstanding customer service.

I've always prided myself with being a perfectionist with an eye for details. I know the benefit great images can have on a project and I'm not willing to sacrifice quality to gain an extra buck. I take my time when shooting. I treat each project like it was my own, making sure that your home is shot in the absolute best way possible.

Why Emotion & Light ?

Whether in the artistic field or in interior or architecture photography, I'm looking for the same thing: to convey the emotion of the places I photograph.

Role of emotion in the purchase process - Brain sets prices with emotional value

Our emotions drive us more than we think when it’s time to make a purchase – even one as expensive as a house.

We tend to focus on facts and numbers, but in many cases, it’s the subliminal that makes people decide one way or the other.

Using Emotion in your Real Estate marketing strategy

More often than not, a buyer’s decision to purchase a new home is based on emotion, not logic. Photography has the unique ability to trigger emotions through its imagery.

In order to get someone to make the decision to visit and to buy a house, they need to be able to imagine themselves living in it. Instead of just seeing walls and windows, you need them to envision a home.

Role of light in creating mood and emotions

Light creates more than just visual effects (shape, intensity, contrast, etc.); it also has biological and psychological effects that can impact the health and wellbeing of humans. Just as the colors of painted walls affect how you feel, so does the light that illuminates a room.

Some studies have shown that brighter light can intensify emotions, while low light doesn’t remove emotions, but keeps them steady.

The biggest problem in real state photography come from getting the lighting just right. Lighting is what’s going to make the space look warm and inviting. The right lighting will allow potential homebuyers to see the spectacular view out the window as well as the home’s interior in the same shot.

My technique involves using a mixture of ambient light, multiple wireless flashes, and strobes blended and masked together in post to create well lit images.
